We offer two delivery options for customers located in Singapore.

Please be aware that all orders are shipped from Singapore, and working days refer to Monday to Friday (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Expedited Delivery is available at SGD 20 from Monday to Friday (excluding weekends & public holidays), order will arrive within the same working day/next working day. Cut off time for expedited order is 12PM, all orders made after 12PM will be delivered the next working day.

Standard Delivery is available via Shippit at the rate of SGD 4. Orders will be processed the next working day. Thereafter, delivery by 1-3 working days after Courier pick up. Tracking link will be provided.

We offer local pick up as well. Please note our operating hour depends on staff availability. We update our opening hours on our telegram chat weekly: https://t.me/papershootsg

Malaysia

Processing Time

Once we receive your order with payment, we will initiate order processing on the following business day. 

Delivery Duration

For deliveries within West Malaysia, you can expect an estimated delivery time of 1-3 days.

For deliveries within East Malaysia, the estimated delivery time is 3-7 days.

However, please note that these time frames are subject to the courier service's efficiency and may experience delays, especially during peak or festive seasons.

Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once the order has begun processing.

If you provide an incorrect address or contact information, we won't be able to make changes after the processing the order.

If we haven't begun processing your order yet, please contact us as soon as possible to request any necessary changes to your details.
