Refund policy

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. Please review our comprehensive Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy below:

1. Return Policy: We offer a 3-day return policy from the date you receive your item. To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as when received. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required (e.g. warranty card/order number)

2. Return Procedure: To initiate a return, please contact us at helpme@papershootsg.com. Returns can be processed only at our office located at 39 Jalan Pemimpin #04-03(A), Tailee Industrial Building, Singapore 577182. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns by mail.

3. Defective or Damaged Items: If your item is defective or damaged, please notify us immediately at helpme@papershootsg.com for prompt assistance.

4. Exchanges: Exchanges can be facilitated exclusively at our office. To initiate an exchange, please complete the exchange/review slip available outside our office. If you are visiting during our staff-manned hours, kindly hand over your camera board to our staff directly. For after-hours, please deposit your camera board into the designated locker labelled "Exchange/Reviews."

5. Repair Fee: For cameras no longer under warranty, a repair fee of SGD 55 will apply.

6. Review Timeline: Camera reviews take up to 7 working days. We will contact you to arrange collection from our designated locker.

7. Non-Acceptable Returns/Exchanges: We regret that we cannot accept returns or exchanges under the following circumstances:

  • Opening the case of Croz Vanguard, Croz Simple Light, or Disco Series beyond a 30-degree angle.
  • Dropping the case of Croz Vanguard, Croz Simple Light, or Disco Series.
  • Mishandling the case of Croz Vanguard, Croz Simple Light, or Disco Series.
  • Incorrectly inserting the SD card into the function card slot.
  • Using normal alkaline batteries instead of the recommended rechargeable batteries.
  • Any water damage to the product.
  • Peeling off the plastic film from the Acrylic Case.
  • Folding the Stone Paper Case after it has been used.
  • Expressing dislike for the product after use.
  • Setting up the camera with a folded casing, even if barely used.
  • Finding the product too heavy to use, particularly for cameras with brass frames.
  • Refusing to follow suggested steps to resolve issues from our team, such as reformatting the SD card, using rechargeable batteries, or conducting a camera check test.

8. Inspection and Rejection: We reserve the right to reject returns/exchanges if the item has been tampered with, shows signs of wear and tear, negligence, or misuse.

9. Refunds: Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. If approved, funds will be returned to your original payment method. Please note that the processing time may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.
