Your Guide to Review/Exchanges and Returns

Before you kickstart this process, please make sure you have read 'how to check my camera' from our faq's
To make the review/exchange & return process as smooth as possible, we offer three convenient options:
1. Schedule an Office Visit:
If you prefer a face-to-face interaction, you're welcome to visit our office for a review/exchange. Just remember to schedule an appointment
beforehand. Our office hours are typically weekdays, subject to staff availability. Do arrange a date and time with us through Instagram DM.
2. Drop-Off at Your Convenience:
For added convenience, feel free to drop off your camera board in our designated exchange/return drop-off box (say hi to Billy!! Yes, we named the box...) located outside our office (see photo of Billy below and also Gigi the cctv :p). This option allows you to submit your item at any time that suits you.
Simply complete the Exchange/Return slip, seal it along with
the camera board in the provided polymailer, and then drop it into the box.
Please keep in mind that the review process may take up to 7 working days. Once completed, we'll ensure the item is safely returned to you
via delivery.
3. Mail-In Option:
Alternatively, you can choose to mail the item to our office at your own expense. Don't forget to include a tracking link/number for added security. However, please note that we cannot accept responsibility for
parcels lost in transit without a tracking number.
Whichever method you choose, rest assured that we're here to assist you every step of the way.
