We offer a 7-day return policy for all our products, starting from the day you receive your item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as you received it. You must also provide us with the receipt or proof of purchase.

Before shipping out your order, we carefully inspect each item to ensure that it is in good condition. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. If your refund is approved, the funds will be automatically returned to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
