Refund policy

We offer a 7-day return policy for all our products, starting from the day you receive your item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as you received it. You must also provide us with the receipt or proof of purchase.

If you wish to return an item, please contact us at helpme@papershootsg.com. Returns can only be made at our office located at 39 Jalan Pemimpin #04-03(A) Tailee Industrial Building, Singapore 577182. We do not accept returns by mail.

Before shipping out your order, we carefully inspect each item to ensure that it is in good condition. However, in the unlikely event that your item is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make things right. You can contact us at helpme@papershootsg.com. Exchanges can only be made at our office.

Please note that we reserve the right to reject returns or exchanges if the item has been tampered with, or shows signs of wear and tear, negligence, or misuse.

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. If your refund is approved, the funds will be automatically returned to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
