If you encounter any issues with your Paper Shoot Camera, don't worry!
We have a few troubleshooting steps you can try first.
Start by removing the batteries but leaving the SD card in the camera board. Connect the camera to a power bank using the provided cable, but not to a PC or laptop. Make sure the filter switch is on the FIRST mode, and then press the shutter. If you hear a capture sound, then the camera board is functioning normally.
Next, check the following:
- Are you using fully charged rechargeable batteries? Batteries are fully charged when the green light indicator turns off after connecting the board to a power source. (We highly recommend LADDA rechargeable batteries from IKEA).
- Are you using a standard size SD card or microSD with a standard size adapter?
- Is the SD card in the larger front metal slot, non-wifi, and not larger than 32GB?
- Have you reformatted the SD card? (You may refer to our instagram for tutorials).
If you've checked all of these and the issue still persists, please make an appointment with us to come to our office for a review. Our office is open from 10:30AM - 5:00PM (excluding Public Holidays), Mondays to Fridays at 39 Jalan Pemimpin 04-03(A) Tailee Industrial Building, Singapore 577182.
